STEM STEM Parent Night
The WBASD STEM Academy students will host 2019 STEM Parent Night on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Meyers High School Auditorium. The evening will include an informational session for parents/guardians and their children.  STEM Night will give parents and students the opportunity to see first hand what the program is about through the eyes of current students.  Students currently enrolled in 8th Grade taking Algebra I and/or Advanced College Preparatory classes are eligible. Please confirm your attendance by Monday, February 25, 2019 using  this form.  
WBASD Kindergarten Registration
Please see the attachment for all Kindergarten Registration Requirements. Registration will be conducted at the school the child will attend. Call (570)826-7111 and the school's extension to schedule your appointment time.  Visit the Kindergarten Registration Page to pre-register.

WBASD Attendance Policy
As of September 20, 2018, the Wilkes-Barre Area School District has approved an updated Attendance Policy for all students. The Policy is available on the Student Resources page or by clicking here 
WBASD Attention Parents: Student Registration Update
Starting Tuesday, August 28, 2018, all registrations will be conducted at the student’s home school building.  Students attending Mackin will need to register at Coughlin High School.  All requirements and necessary documentation is still needed.

Revisions to the Wilkes-Barre Area School District Dress Code were approved at the School Board Meeting held on July 20, 2015. These updates will be implemented for the start of the 2015-16 school year. Click on READ MORE to download a copy of the revised Dress Code.
