Middle School Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on March 13, 2024 – Middle School (Middle School students will not report to school)Conferences allow for meaningful conversations focused on the most important part of the school family, our student scholars. We look forward to this dialogue in an effort to be partners in the education of our children.Parent/Teacher conferences will be held BOTH Virtually/In Person this Spring Session.Each Conference will last approximately 5-10 minutes. The PA Department of Education requires annual administration of English Language Arts, Mathematics and Science Assessments in grades 3 through 8. Every Pennsylvania student in third through eighth grade is to be assessed in English and Language Arts and Math using the Pennsylvania System School Assessment (PSSA). Students in fourth and eighth grade are also assessed in science by taking a PSSA exam. We ask that you do not schedule any family vacations during this time. Solomon Middle School students who attended the WEBS program at Wilkes on January 29, 2024 began to learn the importance and the power of science. WEBS is dedicated to empowering young people by providing hands-on exposure to STEM labs and topics.
