Recently, Ms. Serafini along with three teachers attended the University of Maryland at Baltimore County to participate in Project Lead the Way. They became certified Lead Teachers to help implement an elementary STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) program called LAUNCH. Kistler Elementary School will introduce a STEM module to all students this year in grades K to 6.
