On Friday, October 21, Kistler was visited by a group of 20 teachers who are a part of the Wilkes University MEDUCA Bilingual Panama Program. Our new friends spent the entire school day with us. They spent time in ESL, special education, gifted, STEM, intervention, and regular education classrooms to see a wide variety of what a public elementary school in the Wilkes-Barre Area School District features. We all had a great time learning from each other!
