Kistler Earth Day 2019

On Friday, May 10, 2019 the entire Kistler Elementary family celebrated Earth Day. A full day of activities was planned for every grade level. Some of our visitors and volunteers included Folk's Butterfly Farm, P.T. Reptiles, Endless Dreams Farms, CDE Exotics, Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority, EPCAMR, Deleware Valley Raptors, Second Chance Wildlife Center, Pocono Wildlife Center, PA Water, Winged Wonders-Mrs. Alice Keiner, Red Robin, Osterhout Library, and DCNR. . Special thanks to Mr Simon and the wonderful student volunteers from Meyers High School. Thanks to the many administrators, faculty, staff, and volunteers who worked so hard to make this such a special day for us all, especially our organizer Mr. McHenry!
