The summer months often mean a decline in blood donations for the American Red Cross despite the need for blood remaining consistent. Senior Class President Alex Mykulyn has coordinated A Leaders Save Lives Community Blood Drive.
This blood drive will be held in the meeting room at the Hilton Garden Inn on Monday, July 15, 2019, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Potential donors are asked to call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or visit RedCrossBlood.org and enter: AM LSL to schedule an appointment.
As an added bonus, those who come in to give blood between July 1 and July 31 will be automatically entered for a chance to win a trip for four to Cedar Point or Knott’s Berry Farm.
