Pennsylvania Autism Initiative at Solomon

The Autistic Support classrooms at Solomon Plains Elementary are all a part of the Pennsylvania Autism Initiative (PAI). It is a very rigid and structured program developed to assist students diagnosed with autism, with necessary academic, social, and independence skills. Autistic Support classroom teacher, Maria Deno, having attained model status within her classroom, was chosen to model the necessary components of the program. These video recordings will be located on the PATTAN website, used for trainings through PATTAN, and other educational resources. This is a great honor and we just want to congratulate Miss Deno on a job well done!
