Twice this summer Principal Melissa Myers and Assistant Principal Aidan McKenna have teamed up with Heights teachers and staff to meet with students at local parks. They along with city police officers caught up with the students and handed out some refreshing ice pops as well as some bookbags and school supplies for the upcoming year. It was a great way for the students connect with the principals and teachers while they are on summer vacation and to let them know they are thought about all year long.
