Mohawk Blend - Venturing out into the Community!

Ms. Pstrak’s 5th grade students have good taste when it comes to pizza! After a grueling year of working behind the counter in Kistler’s own in-building, Mohawk Blend Coffee Shop, the students took to the streets to learn what else their community has to offer. These students got to meet the owners and get a behind the scenes tour of this pizzeria. They were shown different machines and supplies that are needed to run a pizza shop efficiently. The students were even able to make their own -Mini Pie- with the choice of regular or sweet sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
