Math Teachers take students to Manhattan

Solomon Plains Junior High Math students and their teachers, Jennifer Ricci and Cecilia Baltusavich, recently visited the Momath National Museum of Mathematics in Manhattan, New York. Students toured the museum and were exposed to a day that highlighted math and the various patterns and structures that make our world interesting and unique. The day was filled with math that connected their everyday learning to real life.
