6th Grade Awards Day

At today's 6th Grade Awards Day we honored the academic achievements of Kistler's amazing students who received the John Hopkins Award, The Presidential Award, and  The Dr. David W. Kistler Scholarship Award.  Mr. Patrick Peters, principal of Meyers High School, addressed the students and inspired them with his message of dedication, determination, and community.  Mr. Charles Barber, from the Luzerne Foundation, awarded Mercy Ewoodzie with the Dr. David W. Kistler Scholarship Award and Erin Akouete, Shane Cesare, and Robert Macko as runners up for this prestigious award.
