Junior Leadership Wilkes Barre is a program for high school juniors focused on community service. This year’s participants spent the 2016-2017 academic year attending monthly seminars and participating in youth led community service projects. Representatives from all local high schools made up this graduating class of 63. Graduation was held Wednesday May 31, 2017. Representing G.A.R. Memorial High School were Jarod Engle and Charlie Witczak.
