The Wilkes-Barre Area School District will hold its 4th Annual Prom Dress Drive on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at Daniel J. Flood Elementary Gymnasium, 565 N. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre, from 4:30-7:30PM. Admission is free. Each dress is $20. The benefits will proceed Flood Elementary School-Wide Positive Behavior Support Program.
