Girls Physicals: Wednesday June 5th 

 

*If you are getting a physical from the school. all paperwork must be turned in to Ms. Galella by wednesday, May 29th.  (slide under AD office door)

*If you are getting a physical from your family doctor, all paperwork must be dated after June 1, 2019. 

*PIAA PHYSICAL: First SIX pages filled out by your parents, last page will be filled out by the doctor.

*Mandatory Practices begin on Monday, August 12th.  Information to follow concerning practice locations and times. 

*Please sign up for your specific sport on the papers provided at 6th Grade orientation or on the desk outside the Athletic Office.
