Dear Parents and/or Guardians of Senior Students,
Senior
year is finally here and before you know it, graduation
day will arrive. The first step towards graduation is
ordering the cap and gown. The orders will be
taken as follows:
Cap
and Gown
Orders will be taken the week of December 3rd to the 7th.
Orders will be taken alphabetically by last name, during first period. Students
will report to the Coughlin-Annex main office upon announcement. The order is as
follows:
December
10th – A, B, C, D, E
December
11th – F, G, H, I, J
December
12th – K, L, M, N, O
December
13th – P, Q, R, S, T
December
14th – U, V, W, X, Y, Z
December
21st – ALL ORDERS DUE
Cost: $25.00 for Cap, Gown and 1
tassel. For an extra tassel, the cost is $5.00 each. Payment required
on date of order.
Accepted payments are: Cash, Checks (made payable to
Coughlin High School), and Senior Class Account. If using money from senior
account students will need to see the Senior Class Advisors (Mrs. Perks in room
74 or Mr. Galli in room 77) for a receipt made out for Cap and Gown orders.
Students should bring the enclosed blue form and
payment on his/her scheduled day. If a student is absent on the date the orders
are taken, students will have until Friday, December 21st at
the latest, to get their order into Mr. Ward, via the Main Office.
Name for Diploma
In addition to ordering a Cap and Gown, seniors will need to print the name they would like to have printed on their diplomas. Please keep in mind this is considered a legal document and the student's’ full name should be used.
