Coughlin Go Green Club Participates in Reforestation Efforts
Jacob Garms, Brooke Schiel, and biology teacher Mrs. Rood plant trees.
Forty members of the Coughlin Go-Green Club participated in a day-long tree planting on April 20th, in the Pinchot State Forest Lands in Plymouth Township.  About 70 volunteers planted over 3,000 seedings for the project, which was organized by the Pennsylvania Environmental Council.  The land was a massive strip mine pit which was filled in, and now the re-forestation efforts continue.
