We are excited to remind you of our upcoming Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences, where you will have the opportunity to connect with your child's teachers and discuss their progress. Please note that there will be no school for students on their respective conference days.

Solomon Plains Middle School Conference Details (October 16th):

Session 1: Virtual only from 10:10 AM to 1:00 PM
Session 2: In-person only from 2:30 PM to 5:50 PM

Solomon Plains Elementary School Conference Details (October 17th):

Session 1: Virtual only from 10:10 AM to 1:00 PM
Session 2: In-person only from 2:30 PM to 5:50 PM

Teachers will provide specific instructions for virtual conferences through their Google Classrooms, ClassDojo, and/or Remind

Wolfpack soccer "ONE GOAL" cancer awareness event will take place on October 12, 2024 at the Wolfpack stadium.  This year our teams are playing to honor and assist a member of our Wolfpack community, Ms. Christine Hayward.  Please see the attached flyer for game times and all day events!

As part of our ongoing commitment to school safety, we regularly conduct safety drills throughout the school year. In the next few days, we will hold our October Safety drills, which may include fire drills, lockdowns, restricted movements, evacuations to host facilities, and weather-related drills.

Safety measures are important for ensuring the well-being of our students and staff. To ensure the effectiveness of these drills and maintain our safety protocols, we do not announce them in advance for students and families. This approach helps us prepare our students and staff to respond effectively in real situations.

Parents, Guardians, and Caregivers, 

As a school that welcomes and celebrates diversity, we are committed to ensuring that all individuals have access to our facilities, particularly those who need handicap-accessible parking and transportation.

Recently, we’ve noticed several cars blocking ADA parking spots and parking in designated areas without proper license plates or placards. This has created challenges during our afternoon pickup, especially for students requiring special accommodations.

We kindly ask all parents and guardians using the Abbott Street parking lot to park only in designated and lined spots. Your cooperation will help us ensure a smooth dismissal process for everyone.
