Children must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2021 to register for kindergarten. All registration will be completed online. In order to register, all required documents must be scanned at the time of registration.
- Parent/legal guardian’s photo identification
- Child’s birth certificate
- Child’s immunization records and copy of a current physical and dental exam.
- Two current proofs of parent/legal guardian’s residency (Accepted documentation includes current lease agreement, utility bills, insurance policy, bank statement, pay stub)
All kindergarten students must be registered before the end of the first quarter of the school year. If the student is not registered before the end of the first quarter, he/she will have to wait until the following school year to register.
