WILKES BARRE AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT and the PA Department of Education do not have access to P-EBT information since DHS is the issuer of P-EBT. The first issuance of P-EBT benefits for the school year 2021-2022 was expected to be completed by late June. The second issuance should be completed by the end of July 2021. If you believe your child(ren) were eligible for P-EBT and benefits were not received by mid-July, please visit the DHS website at:
