CAPAA Art student, Theodore Brown, recently competed and won 2nd place in the Congressional Art Competition sponsored by Congressman Matt Cartwright. The contest is open to students in Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wayne, Pike and Monroe Counties. Theodore was honored at an awards ceremony at the Everhart Museum in Scranton and his woodcut titled "Queen of Cats" will hand in Congressman Cartwright's office for the year.
