On Wednesday, September 23,  the Kindergarten students at Kistler celebrated Johnny Appleseed's birthday. They enjoyed a variety of cross-curricular activities using this theme such as syllables, 5 senses, seeds, counting, and a special visit from Johnny himself. Johnny read "10 Apples up on Top" and acted out the story with the students. Students got to taste test 3 types of apples and vote for their favorite!
