Symptom chart Guidance During Times of Crisis
We can control our sleep schedules, our exercise habits, our eating. We can control how much we talk to other people and the content of our conversations. We can say, "no, I don't want to talk about the pandemic; let's talk about something nice." We can absolutely do these things, and we should do these things. The more we regenerate and create in our little corners of the world, the more we each take care of our spaces, the better we will each feel, and the better each of us feels, the better all of us feel.

Students participated in activities promoting the benefits of studying a foreign language. Bubble balls KnockerBalls
The National Guard and their MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Stations) have provided physical activities for the students at Meyers this week.  Through the use of 14 KnockerBall Bubble balls the National Guard is building a rapport with the students.  The bubble balls are being used in gym class, some are participating in the Last Man Standing game, while others are just enjoying the experience.  In addition, the National Guard brought with them a football target, which allows the students to test their throwing ability.  The students are all smiles in the gym this week!
