GAR Students Receive Upward Bound Pins At Wilkes University

On March 27th the following GAR students, Mai Bach, Jack Chappel,Wendy Espinoza, Tashawn Qualls, and Olivia Stortz celebrated  their Upward Bound Pin Ceremony.  These students have been involved in the program for three years spending a summer on the Wilkes University  campus and have completed a minimum of 18 college type classes.
