The Wilkes-Barre Area School District STEM Academy is a dedicated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) program housed in the Technology wing at Meyers High School. There is also a STEM Cohort at Coughlin High School.

School Vaccination Requirements 2017-18 School Year

Meyers High School Students Learn Video Production at King's College
Twenty-five students in the journalism and STEM (Science Technology, Engineering and Math) programs at Meyers High School visited King's College this week . They were the first to participate in a new Youth Leadership Program established by the mass communications department at King’s. To read the full article from The Times Leader, click here 
STEM Night February 22nd 6:00pm at Meyers
Parents of Advanced 8th grade students are invited to attend STEM night and learn more about this powerful program. Attendees should enter the school through the Hanover St. Entrance on the side of the school. We will all meet in the school cafeteria at 6:00 for refreshments and introduction. Tours will begin at 6:30. REGISTER by calling Mrs. McFarlane at 570-826-7111 ext. 8109.
