Ready to Learn Block Grants can be applied toward a multitude of uses, including establishing, maintaining or expanding pre- or full-day kindergarten, efforts to improve outcomes in STEM courses, providing tutoring assistance during the school day and providing supplemental instruction for the Keystone Exams.
